  • Introduction to PWC

  • Boating terminologies & PWCs parts

  • How does PWC work

  • PWC safety equipment

  • PWC safety rules and practices

  • Upright a capsized PWC

  • PWCs launching and recovery

  • International regulations for preventing collision at sea

  • Meteorology.

  • Rope work, knots, bends.

  • PWC Care & Maintenance.

HALF DAY (13:30 – 17:30)

  • PWC preparation including safety checks.

  • Performing basic checks on the engines.

  • Launching the PWC into the water

  • How to control the PWC and stop it.

  • How to turn the PWC safely while speeding.

  • Upright a capsized PWC.

  • Retrieving the PWC into the trailer.

Day 3 (PRACTICAL) – Time 08:00 – 12:00

  • Departing the dock

  • Sailing Maneuvers

  • Steering by compass

  • Docking & undocking

  • Man Overboard procedure

  • Anchoring
